Returns & Refunds Policy
At InspireThread, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. As our products are made-to-order through our partner, Printify, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.
Reporting Issues
If you receive a product that is misprinted, damaged, or has a manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. For international orders, this period extends to 45 days. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue to support@inspirethread.com.
No Returns Required
We do not require customers to return damaged or defective items. If there’s a printing error or product defect, simply email us with photos and your order number. Once verified, we’ll send you a free replacement or issue a refund—there is no need to ship the item back.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited to your Printify account balance. You can withdraw these funds to your original payment method. Note that if your billing currency is not USD, refunds will be returned directly to the original payment source.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Incorrect sizing
- Buyer’s remorse
- Customized or personalized items
- Changes of heart after the order is placed
Please carefully review size guides and double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Customer Responsibility
Please ensure that all order details, including shipping information and product specifications, are correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
Print Tolerance
Please note that a deviation of up to 0.5 inches in print placement is within our acceptable tolerance range and is not considered a defect.
