Issue with Your Order? We’ve Got You.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery (or 45 days for international orders).

No Need to Return Damaged Items:
We won’t ask you to send faulty items back. Once we verify the issue, we’ll send a free replacement or issue a refund—quick and hassle-free.
Refunds:
Approved refunds are credited to your Printify account balance and can be withdrawn to your original payment method. For non-USD currencies, funds will be returned directly to your original payment method.
What We Can’t Accept:
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Incorrect sizing (please use our size guides!)
- Buyer’s remorse
- Customized or personalized items
- Changes of heart after the order is placed
